"I can't get the video to play."

"How do I adjust the playback audio volume?"
"How do I quickly advance through the presentation?"
"What are the rectangular areas on my screen?"
"My screen is showing boxes overlaying text."
"The video is not as clear as I would like it to be."
"Why does the playback get 'choppy' on occasion?"
"Why does the playback pause momentarily and then start again?"
Due to the disk space required of our web host to retain these video files, we are able to provide only the last three Sunday talks on video. This page is typically updated by Tuesday morning of each week. Please visit us often.
** We are now using advanced video encoding technology built into the RealOne player. Select "Dial Up" if you have a 56k modem/line speed and "Broadband" if you have 256K+ Cable or DSL connection (you can test your connection speed by starting RealOne, select "Tools", "Preferences", highlight the "Connections" category in the left box and press the "Test Connection" button in the right box). If you are still using the Windows 95 operating system (instead of Windows 2000, ME or XP), RealPlayer 8 must be used instead of RealOne.
