Chaos to Blessings -- a Workshop for Transforming Your Life

Description:  Chaos is present in all our lives, from the events of our experience to the relationships we treasure.   Only in the last four decades has science ventured into the realm of chaos to discover that even in this state of seeming disorder, there are underlying laws and patterns that govern.  

Chaos to Blessings uses the stories of the Old Testament and the new discoveries of chaos theory to demonstrate how we can transform our lives from the seemingly random acts and events to a continual stream of blessings.  While science is used to illustrate these teachings, the metaphysical interpretation of the stories of the Old Testament are the focus of our exploration.

Upon completion of this class, the participant will be able to use the metaphysics of the Bible as a way to more completely consider the happenings in her or his own life.  Events will become lessons and life will be seen as a school room, from which we will all graduate -- in due course.

Materials Required:  The Bible is required.  Any translation with which you are comfortable is appropriate.  The New Revised Standard Version is used by the instructor.  The Metaphysical Bible Dictionary (cost $29.95 plus tax) and The Revealing Word (cost $13.95 plus tax), both by Charles Fillmore, will be provided for your use during the class.  As a serious student of New Thought, both of these are excellent additions to your library.  If desired, each of these may be purchased at the time of registration.
