Voice of the Listener -- A Journaling Journey
![]()
Description:
Your journal can be a friend who always has time for you and allows you to freely express all that you hold in your heart. As you bring your stories and feelings to your journal, find the wise listener within you. This listener can quietly respond to the turmoil of your life. It can help you understand your actions and it can comfort you when you are in pain. Discovering the voice of the listener can be a profound experience.
Join us on this path to self-discovery. Writing exercises will allow you to explore several journaling techniques to find the approaches that work best for you. There will also be time for meditation and discussion of your past experiences with journaling.
