Estranged Sisters of Faith -- Islam and Christianity

Description:  The fastest growing religion in America is Islam.  Yet few Christians understand the beliefs of Islam.  In fact, many people of the world hold a great deal of hatred for followers of the "other tradition" -- whether it is Christianity or Islam.  But are there all that many differences between the two, really?

Mr. Larry Frey, a practicing Muslim and student of both the Q'uran and the Bible will offer us an encapsulated view of the Islamic tradition while exploring the commonalities and differences of these two major religious traditions of the world. 

In this time of travail, gaining an understanding and, perhaps, an appreciation of the Islam tradition is essential to building the necessary bridges to achieving peace once again.  You can do your part in bridge-building by joining us as we explore these two great traditions.
