Minutes of the Meetings -- October 19, 2003

Easing In:

The meeting was called to order at 12:40 p.m.  Opening Prayer by DR.

Review of minutes of last Board meeting by KJ:  The minutes were read as submitted.  Motion to accept the minutes by DC, second by CJ.  Motion passed.

Treasurer’s Report presented by DC.  Motion to approve report by KJ, second by PD.  Motion passed.

Old Business:

1. Final report on the Adams County Fundraiser will be available at the next Board meeting. PD will get information on future shows at Adams and Jefferson County fairgrounds.  King Soopers certificates will be available on the first and second Sundays of each month.

2. Review of prior six months’ budget performance:  Motion to postpone by DR, second by PD.  Motion passed.

New Business:

3. DR has modified the service to make it somewhat briefer.
4. September tithes were for Family Tree ($266.22) and Unity Village ($177.48).                  October tithes were for Rainbow Bridge ($157.32) and Unity of the Light - Loveland ($104.88).  Motion by DR, second by PD.  Motion passed.

Motion to adjourn at 1:50 PM by KJ, second by DC.  The next meeting will be November 16.
