1.                    Opening prayer by JoDee Robertson.

2.                    Minutes of last board meeting read by Terry Gillard.  Motion to approve by JoDee Robertson, second by David Cowles.

3.                    Minister’s salary contact approval. 

4.                    Budget review and approval.

·Discussed budget categories and data.

·Sound technician will be added to the musician category at $80.00 per month.

·David Cowles will update income expense report.  Budget approved by Bill Gillard, second by ·Brian Robertson.

5.                    Tithe allocation for January.

·Unity “E” (USRS)

·Loveland Church

·Silent Unity

·AUC

·Approved unanimously.

6.                    Proposal to reallocate $5,000.00 Challenge Grant.

·$2,500.00 for operating budget. 

·Repay Challenge Grant first from any budget surplus.   Motion to approve by Rev. David Ridge,         second David Cowles.

7.                    Clarify Board Members responsibilities.  Tabled until next meeting.

8.                    Defining goals for each committee.  Tabled until next meeting.

9.                    Misc. discussions:

·Expansion grants application due May 1, 2001.
