be separated into promotion and publicity.
- Publicity (non-cash) is

down our forwarding sign at the dojo and the new Arvada book will not come out
until May.

seek appropriate locations for us.

and Kay Johnsen were elected to a second term.
6. Second service survey results:
- 26 surveys were returned.

interested in an earlier service. Five of the seven wanted a duplicate
service.
- Five or six others said they
wouldn’t be able to predict their attendance pattern but they would prefer the
duplicate service.
- Band and special music will
receive a 50% pay increase for doing 2 services. They will arrive at 8:15 a.m.
for the 9 a.m. service.
- We will stay with a 1 hour
15 minute service.
- The second service will
begin at 10:45 a.m. to allow 30 minutes between services.
- Organized child care will be
offered at the first service. The full youth education program will be offered
at the second service.
- We will video tape only the
2nd service.
- Shannon Ridge will work as
assistant, printing announcements and thoughts. She will also assist in the
bookstore from 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and see that we have adequate

- The greatest stumbling block
in going to two services is a drain of the congregation’s energy.

service on February 13, 2005 by DR., second by PD. Motion passed
