  1. Reviewed Operating Statement.
  2. Brief discussion on possible property building sites.
  3. This led to discussion of the need for us to have a concerted growth plan in place.  Methods of achieving growth were discussed.
  4. Marketing alternatives were discussed briefly.  Advertising alternatives were discussed:

  1. Minister has been working since the inception of the church without a salary.  Minister's proposed contract was discussed but no action taken.  The church's present revenue level was determined to just cover the expenses and the proposed minimal salary.  Additional expenditures were expected for the Director of Music position.  Approval of Minister's proposed contract will be an agenda item for the next meeting.  It was recommended that the hiring of Director of Music be postponed until revenue stream will definitely support it.
